Fractional Amazon Listings & Catalog Consultant (CPG)

We’re looking for an experienced, hands-on Amazon Seller Central operator to help own and continuously improve the quality of our product listings. This is an ongoing, fractional engagement focused on catalog structure, merchandising, and listing excellence—not ads management and not a one-off cleanup.

This role is best suited for an individual or very small team (1–3 people) with deep Seller Central experience and strong judgment around how listings actually perform in the wild. What you’ll do Own and maintain high-quality listings across our Amazon catalog Build, manage, and audit parent/child variation structures Ensure accurate, consistent product representation across search results, detail pages, and variations Optimize titles, bullets, descriptions, and images with conversion and clarity in mind Support new SKU, flavor, and pack-size launches Proactively identify and resolve catalog issues (inconsistencies, conflicts, suppressions) Work directly in Seller Central; use flat files where appropriate What you bring Proven experience working directly in Amazon Seller Central Strong understanding of ASIN vs SKU logic, variation themes, and catalog structure Comfort using flat files (not just UI edits) Experience with Brand Registered listings Ability to explain decisions clearly and think beyond one-off optimizations What this role is not Ads-only or PPC-first work Large agency engagement VA-style task execution without ownership or judgment Working style & expectations Ongoing, fractional engagement (~10–20 hrs/month to start) Clear communication and dependable follow-through Acknowledgment or substantive response within roughly one business day Proactive updates if timelines or availability change Nice to have Food, beverage, or CPG experience Experience managing catalogs with multiple flavors or pack sizes Prior in-house brand or marketplace experience To apply Send a brief note with: A short summary of your Amazon experience How you might help Bright Side Snacks Whether you work solo or with a small team
