Fractional Marketing Director

MacGregor Black is seeking a dynamic Fractional Marketing Director to partner with a client in Newcastle upon Tyne. In this pivotal role, you will act as the strategic marketing leader, crafting and executing a vision aligned with the client's commercial and growth objectives.

Your expertise will be instrumental in developing strategies to engage both current and prospective customers, establishing a compelling brand presence, and setting the PR strategy.

Operating as a one-day-per-week fractional leader, you will provide invaluable insight-led recommendations, influencing key business decisions and translating departmental priorities into coherent, measurable marketing strategies. A key focus will be on fostering a performance-driven marketing culture, complete with clear expectations and KPIs.

Your ability to appraise, support, coach, and develop the existing marketing team will be essential to their continued delivery of high-quality output.
