Consult with and prescribe for patients in pain management and psychiatric care under a shared care model.

Provide guidance and support to patients, clinic staff, and other healthcare professionals. Assist in the training and onboarding of remote clinicians.

Collaborate with the Clinical Lead on governance activities. Work alongside other healthcare professionals and the multidisciplinary team (MDT) to maintain high standards of patient care.

Actively participate as a member of the Quality, Safety, and Innovation Committee (QSIC), attending meetings and contributing based on your area of expertise. Engage in handling complaints, investigations, and responding to feedback as required.

Participate in audits, research, and quality improvement initiatives. Stay updated on the latest developments in medical cannabis treatments through ongoing training and development activities.

Support the Clinical Lead with clinical service delivery and assist in business development initiatives. Prepare for Care Quality Commission inspections and participate in the inspection process.

Essential Qualification Registered as a Pharmacist Independent prescriber with the GPhC Maintain own GPhC registration and revalidation requirements Essential Person Specification Uphold core values and high standards of care. Demonstrate a commitment to evidence-based practice and a patient-centred approach to care.

Maintain a high level of integrity and ethical standards. Exhibit flexible and adaptable working styles in a dynamic healthcare environment.

Advocate for a culture of feedback and continuous improvement. Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Have the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team. Maintain strong attention to detail, working accurately with high volumes of information and at pace.
