About This Role
This is an exceptional opportunity to shape the financial strategy of a thriving executive search firm. As Fractional Head of Finance, you will be instrumental in providing robust financial oversight, clear reporting, and commercial insight to the business.
Working closely with the leadership team, you'll have real autonomy to drive financial performance and make an immediate impact. The role is offered on a flexible, one-day-per-week basis, allowing for a fulfilling portfolio career.
Key Responsibilities
- 1Produce monthly management accounts (P&L, balance sheet, cashflow) with insightful commentary.
- 2Lead budgeting, forecasting, and scenario planning to guide strategic decisions.
- 3Oversee cashflow, working capital, and invoicing/billing controls to ensure financial stability.
- 4Strengthen reconciliations, controls, and reporting cadence for enhanced transparency.
- 5Partner with leadership on commercial decisions related to pricing, pipeline, profitability, and resourcing.
Requirements
- Proven senior finance leadership experience within the recruitment or search sector is essential.
