Performologist - Head of Marketing (part-time, flexible)

Performology Global is seeking a dynamic and creative Head of Marketing to play a pivotal role in shaping our brand and amplifying our research. As a key member of our early-stage team, you'll be at the heart of our mission to redefine how the retail world understands performance.

You will lead the launch of Future Retail Labs, transforming our research programme into a respected industry platform. This involves crafting compelling messaging, shaping insightful reports, and collaborating with founders to ensure our work reaches the right audiences.

This role demands a strategic thinker with a hands-on approach. You'll co-create our brand identity, translate our philosophy into distinctive touchpoints, and build consistency across all our outputs.

You will design and deliver high-impact events, fostering a community around high-performance culture and the future of retail. You will also lead our LinkedIn presence, crafting compelling content and turning founder ideas into engaging stories.
