Main purpose of the role: Simmons Adaptive are keen to hear from securitisation lawyers who are keen to support our investment banking client for a parental leave cover of 6 months, with potential to extend. The team provides transactional legal support for securitisation transactions backed by all asset classes, including CLOs and synthetic risk transfer (SRT) trades.

This is a full time assignment, working a hybrid model. Person specification: You are a qualified lawyer with proven experience in securitisation, gained in a leading private practice or an in-house legal team.

You are a problem solver and offer a collaborative approach. You are able to work in a dynamic and fast moving environment.

You are able to work quickly and effectively to tight deadlines. You have excellent organisation skills with the ability to effectively prioritise workloads.

You can work autonomously but can also collaborate as part of the wider team. You will be required to hold the relevant right to work in the UK (visa sponsorship is not available).
