Main purpose of the role: Simmons Adaptive are keen to hear from consumer credit lawyers who are interested in providing interim support for a prominent financial institution. The role can be based in Birmingham or London, and is expected to be a full-time (with three days in the office) position.

Person specification: You are a qualified lawyer with consumer credit experience (CONC/CCA) from a financial institution. You are based in London or Birmingham and are immediately/imminently available.

You are a problem solver and offer a collaborative approach. You are able to work in a dynamic and fast moving environment.

You are able to work quickly and effectively to tight deadlines. You have excellent organisation skills with the ability to effectively prioritise workloads.

You can work autonomously but can also collaborate as part of the wider team. You will be required to hold he relevant right to work in the UK (visa sponsorship is not available).
